SMS Terms & Conditions
Specific terms governing our text-messaging program. By opting in at getaheadshot.net/sms-consent, you agree to the following.

1. Program Description
Kevin Elwell Photography LLC, doing business as Get aHead Shot ("we," "our," or "us"), operates an SMS text-messaging program for customers and prospective customers who have requested information about, or booked, our headshot photography services. Messages are transactional and service-related and may include: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, pre-session prep instructions, gallery delivery notifications, follow-up about your inquiry, and occasional service-related updates. We do not send purely promotional or marketing-only SMS.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by submitting our SMS consent form at https://getaheadshot.net/sms-consent with your phone number and an explicit, unchecked-by-default consent checkbox. By checking the box and submitting the form, you agree to receive SMS messages from us at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your session activity. Most customers receive approximately 2–6 messages per session and no more than 10 messages per month under normal circumstances.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Rates are billed by your wireless carrier under your existing plan. Get aHead Shot is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin later, opt in again at getaheadshot.net/sms-consent.
6. Help (HELP)
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at kevin@getaheadshot.net or 703-802-9379.
7. Supported Carriers
The program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy & Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your mobile number or any opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Your information is used only to deliver the messages described above and to operate the SMS program. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to opt in to the SMS program. By opting in, you represent that the mobile number you provided is your own and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the "Effective Date" revised accordingly. Material changes affecting how we use your phone number will be communicated to active opted-in users via SMS or email before taking effect.
