terms & conditions
Cancellation/Rescheduling. The client may reschedule a session if we are notified more than 24 hours in advance, one time at no charge. There is a $50 rescheduling charge for other reschedules. If the client cancels, there will not be a refund. If the client does not reschedule within 30 days, the session will be considered cancelled. If the client is more than 45 minutes late, the session will be considered cancelled, without a refund.
Completion Schedule/Retouching. Completion schedules and delivery of products are determined from the date of final approval by Client. An expedited fee of $100 will apply to expedited product requests. The Photographer will not be held responsible for delivery delays due to the fault of manufacturing and/or delivery services. Any retouching requests that are considered unique should be made at the time of the session and anything above and beyond what is normative (relative to my normative style as displayed on my website) will be charged at $50/hour. Retouching iterations up to three times are acceptable but after three, a standard rate of $50/hour will be charged.

The Photographer owns the copyright and exclusive rights to all images created and has the exclusive right to make reproductions for, including but not limited to, marketing materials, portfolio entries, sample products, editorial submissions and use, or for display within or on the Photographer’s website and/or studio.
